Social Security
If you are unable to perform any substantial work because of your medical condition and your medical condition has lasted, or it is expected to last at least one year, or result in your death then you are disabled under the Social Security definition.
You may collect Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits (DIB) for yourself and your surviving spouse and children if you are an insured worker. Supplemental Security Income (SSI) can be collected by individuals with little or no income and resources.
Contact us for an appointment and we will help you collect benefits.
