Howard Slusky has been practicing law for over 30 years. He is a founding member of the firm Slusky & Walt, P. C. He attended Wayne State University and received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology, graduating in 1975. He attended the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating in 1978 with a Juris Doctor degree with distinction.

The firm Slusky & Walt, P.C. specializes in all serious personal injury and death claims. Mr. Slusky's specialty is handling Social security Disability and Workers' Disability Compensation cases, collecting millions of dollars in benefits for thousands of claimants.

In the area of worker's disability compensation law, Mr. Slusky has successfully tried numerous cases with successful appeals to the Michigan Supreme Court. In the area of Social Security Disability law, Mr. Slusky has handled thousands of hearings with an outstanding success rate. He has also handled successful appeals in the Federal Court system, arguing appeals at the United States District Court and United States Court of Appeals.

Howard Slusky is a licensed attorney with the State of Michigan with professional association memberships with the Workers' Compensation and negligence section of the State Bar of Michigan, Michigan association for Justice, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.

 

John Walt began practicing law in 1980, having graduated from the University of Michigan in 1977, and University of Detroit School of Law in 1980. He is licensed to practice law in all of the courts in Michigan, as well as the United States Federal Courts, Social Security and Workers' Compensation Courts. He is a member of the Michigan Association of Justice, The American Association for Justice, as well as the Michigan State Bar Association.
